HOSPiTALITY TRAINING

The HOTEL READINESS ASSESSMENT [HRA] was created to deliver relevant support to individual properties by department on the complicated and ever-changing threat of Human Trafficking to the industry.

Our focus is to supply management and associates anti-trafficking tools that increase guest scores, improve associate engagement, enhance the guest experience, and provide a portal for questions along the way.
